Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Any missed appointments will be charged the amount of the session booked. Our therapists are paid by the appointment, not by the hour. Please respect that when you do not show for an appointment we cannot fill that timeslot and therefore we have lost wages for the day. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Meet The Staff
Jennifer Oplt, Licensed Massage Therapist
I received my Massage Therapy License in 2012. My specialties are cupping and pain management. I have had much success in treating ailments such as Sciatica, headaches and Plantar Fasciitis. Finding solutions for clients living with disfunction and pain is my passion. Although therapeutic sessions are the most satisfying for me, I enjoy providing relaxation massage as well.
Tori Martinez, Licensed Massage Therapist
I am an energy practitioner specializing in Reiki. I graduated from the Healing Arts Center in Missouri. I have a certification in Myofascial Release. Since joining Body Focus Massage Therapy's team of therapists, I have advanced my skills in bodywork and therapeutic massage, specifically pain management. I thoroughly enjoy the daily challenges presented to me by my clients. I perform deep tissue, relaxation, specialized, prenatal, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and energy work.
Carrie Kayes, Licensed Massage Therapist
I have been a Massage Therapist for 17 years and enjoy finding ways to help my clients and offering tips for them to help themselves. I specialize in deep tissue massage, SI joint pain and neck and shoulder pain due to hours of computer work. I am certified in heated bamboo massage, which is a very relaxing, therapeutic massage. Also, cupping which works extemely well for clients that don't care for deep tissue work.
Chris Diggs, Licensed Massage Therapist
I was introduced to massage therapy while studying Classical Guitar Performance at Millikin University. In recovering from the early stages of carpal tunnel syndrome, I was inspired to study how pain is created, how to change it, and how to help others become pain-free. I graduated from The Body Therapy Center in 2014 and have continued to earn additional certifications over the years. My learning journey includes certifications in Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial Release and Pre/Post-Natal Massage. Those combined with my knowledge of anatomy, Swedish massage, deep tissue methods, trigger point therapy, sports massage, Dermoneuromodulation, Neural Reset Therapy, positional release, muscle energy technique, joint mobilization, active isolated stretching, and assessment skills provide an integrative and individualized ‘relax-apeutic’ session for each client.
